Martin spent 15 years in senior leadership development roles within major UK organizations. His roles included Retail Management Development Manager for a business of 786 stores, 38,000 employees and £1.7bn sales; Head of Management Development for the UK’s largest friendly society, with 2m+ customers, £4bn group funds under management and 1700 employees across the UK; Training and Development Controller for a retail logistics division comprising 2100 managers and staff across 5 Distribution Centres.

Martin is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, recognising his professional expertise and significant business impact. Martin is qualified to administer and interpret the Hogan assessments, Myers Briggs Type Indicator - MBTI Step 1 and 2, FIRO-B, 16PF, NEO PI-R, Saville Consulting Wave, the Strength Deployment Inventory and Talent Q Assessment Systems. He holds the British Psychological Society Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing Level A and B, the INLPTA Diploma in NLP and the INLPTA Coaching Diploma. He was trained in Performance Coaching by Dr David Hemery in 1997 and is a full member of the Association for Coaching.
