Claire Hack
Claire is a commercially focused and pragmatic organisational development consultant. She works strategically in helping leadership teams identify organisational development needs and providing options on how best to meet those needs. Over a 30 year career she has combined working at board level and as a consultant across a range of industries.
Having worked with individuals and teams at all levels including Chief Executive, Director and Senior Management roles, Claire is regularly described as positive, straightforward and down to earth, with an infectious enthusiasm and passion for the value of development. Claire’s approach creates confidence and motivation. She encourages others to look below the surface, challenging their beliefs and succeeding through finding their own solutions.

Creating transformational change in Board Leadership team, through 121's, feedback sessions, 360 and team workshop.
Design and delivery of a 12 month global leadership programme developing the leadership capability of high potential talent below board level. Now working with the 4th cohort.
Coaching assignments; First time MD, retiring CEO, Operations Director
Organisational consulting, creating and implementing a group people plan to support goals of a growing group of organisations.
Research and design of a comprehensive fit & competency framework that is now being used as the cornerstone for recruitment, assessment, promotion decisions and development.
Background
Claire has worked as the Head of Organisational Development at AB Agri and the Forensic Science Services. In both cases she was responsible for increasing organisational effectiveness through aligning people plans with organisational goals and developing talents. She also has board experience as HR Director at Speciality Nutrition where she supported the CEO in their growth plans.
Claire is an experienced coach who works to high standards. She used these skills when she led the introduction of the EMCC's European Individual Accreditation (EIA), perhaps the most rigorous accreditation of coach/mentoring ability and experience globally.

As well as being one of the first EMCC Accredited Coaches, Claire is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She holds a BA in Psychology and Philosophy, BPS level B psychometric testing, Diploma in Performance Coaching and Coach Supervision Accreditation. Claire is accredited to work with MBTI, Hogan, 16PF, PROPHET.
