In addition, setting agreed coaching objectives with the coachee and the organisation/line manager ensures value to the organisation and the individual. Finally, knowing and creating trust and confidentiality is crucial to an effective coaching relationship.
Our coaching programme typically involves a minimum of six sessions of around 90 minutes in length. The sessions are usually face-to-face, but can also be done via Skype, telephone or email as required.
